Aterian buys hair bleach products maker Bright International

Aterian Investment Partners has acquired Coolidge, Arizona-based Bright International Corporation, a maker of hair bleach products. No financial terms were disclosed. Kirkland & Ellis LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP advised Aterian on the transaction while GulfStar Group and Snell & Wilmer LLP advised Bright International.
