Atlas Holdings raises $1.675bn

The Greenwich, Connecticut-based firm closes its latest fund at hard-cap.

Atlas Capital Resources III has held a final close at its $1.675 billion hard-cap, having begun fundraising in January. Atlas Holdings continues to pursue control investments in companies under financial or operational stress with a primary focus on the industrials sector.

The previous fund in the series, Atlas Capital Resources II, held a final close at $900 million in December 2013.
