AT&T closes $1.1 bln sale of data center colocation business to Brookfield Infrastructure

AT&T said Jan. 1 that it closed the sale of its data center colocation operations and assets to Brookfield Infrastructure and its institutional partners. The $1.1 billion deal was announced in June.
