Audax-backed PlayMonster buys Kahootz Toys assets

PlayMonster LLC, which is backed by Audax Private Equity, has acquired the assets of Ann Arbor, Michigan-based Kahootz Toys, a kids arts and crafts company. No financial terms were disclosed.
