Next-generation camera app PHHHOTO has secured $1.5 million in seed funding. Eniac Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included WME and Maveron.

Chicago-based small business lender LQD Business Finance has secured $30 million in financing. The investor was Route 66 Ventures.

Agent Ace buys Fypio, forming OpenHouse, which nets $13.5 mln

Agent Ace has acquired real estate company Fypio. The combined companies will now be known as OpenHouse. Also, OpenHouse has raised $13.5 million in Series A funding. Triangle Peak Partners and March Capital Partners led the round.

Fractyl racks up $57 mln Series C

Waltham, Massachusetts-based Fractyl Laboratories Inc, which focuses on addressing metabolic diseases, has closed its Series C funding at $57 million. New investor Deerfield Management has joined Mithril, General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners and Domain Associates in the round.

PresenceLearning snags $25 mln Series C

San Francisco-based PresenceLearning Inc, a provider of of live online speech therapy, occupational therapy, and behavior and mental health services for K-12 students, has raised $25 million in Series C funding. The investors were Birchmere Ventures, Blue Heron Capital, Catamount Ventures and New Markets Venture Partners. In addition to the funding, Ryan McNally, a partner and co-founder of Catalyst Investors, has joined the company’s board of directors.

Brightbridge Ventures backs SalaryFinance

London-based SalaryFinance, a financial employee benefit service, has secured $6.1 million in funding. The investor was Brightbridge Ventures.

Toronto startup Deep Genomics reels in C$5 mln

Toronto-based Deep Genomics, a genome biology startup, has raised C$5 million in seed funding. True Ventures led the round with participation from other investors that included Bloomberg Beta.
