Among those serving as advisors to OnRamp Fund are: Legalzoom Chairman and co-founder Brian Liu; Jamie Lin, founding partner of Taiwan-based AppWorks; Eytan Elbaz, chairman of Opposing Views and co-creator of Adsense; Scott Jarus, CEO of EV Connect; and Gene Morphis, former CFO of David’s Bridal.

Silver Lake Kraftwerk has agreed to invest $100 million in clean energy provider SolarCity Corp. In addition to this funding, SolarCity Chairman Elon Musk will provide $10 million to the company while CEO Lyndon Rive will invest $3 million. The transactions are expected to close on or about December 7, 2015.
