Permira is expected to take TeamViewer public this year, according to Bloomberg. TeamViewer, a software maker, could seek a valuation of 4 billion euros ($4.4 billion) to 5 billion euros with the IPO that will see Permira selling shares, the story said.

Blackstone Infrastructure Partners offered to buy the shares of Tallgrass Energy LP that it doesn’t already own for $19.50 a share, according to an Aug. 27 letter. The non-binding proposal values Tallgrass at $5.5 billion, Bloomberg said. The proposal comes months since Blackstone acquired a controlling stake in Tallgrass for $3.3 billion. Tallgrass, of Leawood, Kansas, is a midstream energy infrastructure company operating across 11 states.
