LCatterton said May 11 it sold its remaining stake in Nature's Variety to Agrolimen, it’s joint venture partner for the investment. Financial terms weren’t announced. St. Louis-based Nature’s Variety produces pet foods through two brands, Instinct and Prairie.

SolAero Technologies Corp, a portfolio company of Veritas Capital, has acquired Vanguard Space Technologies Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Enlightenment Capital is the seller. San Diego-based Vanguard Space provides aerospace structural products and assemblies. Enlightenment will have a minority equity stake in SolAero.
