Apollo Global Management has sold its stake in residential project Ahuja Towers of Mumbai-based Indian real estate company Ahuja Constructionss. Apollo invested $30.1 million in the Ahuja Towers project for 49 percent voting rights in the company. Apollo made $69.35 million with the sale of its stake, resulting in a 2.3x multiple return on their investment.

Accuray Inc. said Tuesday it closed a $70 million straight debt financing agreement with Cerberus Business Finance LLC, an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management LP. Proceeds will be used, along with $30 million cash funded by Accuray, to retire $100 million in debt. Accuray is a radiation oncology company.

Peacock Engineering Co., a portfolio company of Charlesbank Capital Partners, said Monday it is changing its name to Peacock Foods LLC effective immediately. Duncan Lavery was also named President of Peacock Foods Produce and Foodservice Division, reporting to Chuck Metzger, COO. Peacock announced plans to open a larger facility in Anaheim, California, in mid-2016. The company is also launching a new website.
