Byggmax said Monday it closed its buy of Skånska Byggvaror for SEK 936 million (US$113.6 million). Polaris Private Equity is the seller. The deal includes the possibility of Skånska Byggvaror receiving an additional payment of SEK 110 million if the EBITDA in 2016 exceeds SEK 67 million, with a maximum pay-out at an EBITDA of SEK 79 million or above. Skånska Byggvaror is an online retailer in the do-it-yourself market for refined building material.

Monomoy Capital Partners said Monday that it has closed its buy of Construction Resources Inc. and Builder Specialties Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Bank of America and LBC Credit Partners provided financing for the transaction. Baker & McKenzie LLP was Monomoy’s legal counsel while Grant Thornton LLP completed financial and accounting diligence. The deal was announced in December.

H.I.G. Growth Partners, the growth capital arm of H.I.G. Capital, said it closed the sale of Lancope Inc. to Cisco Systems Inc. Lancope is a cyber security company. Terms of the deal call for Cisco to pay $452.5 million in cash and assumed equity awards, plus additional retention based incentives for Lancope employees who join Cisco. H.I.G. was Lancope's largest shareholder at the time of the sale.
