H.I.G. Europe said Wednesday that it has acquired Impursa S.A.U. and Sistemas e Imagen Publicitaria S.A. Financial terms weren’t announced. Both Impursa and Sistems are outdoor advertising companies located in Spain. H.I.G. Europe is the European arm of H.I.G. Capital.

Cohero Health said Tuesday that it has closed a $2 million seed round of funding. Investors include Zaffre Investments, the investment arm of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts; Three Leaf Ventures, an affiliate of the Broe Group; Bioadvance; Swanhill Capital and StartUp Health. New York-based Cohero Health is a digital health company that is developing tools and technologies to improve respiratory care, reduce avoidable costs and optimize medication use.

Sungevity has raised $50 million in financing from existing investors including GE Ventures. New investors including Apollo Investment Corp. participated as well as Hercules Technology Growth Capital. Sungevity also raised $600 million in new project financing from a consortium led by Apollo Investment Corp.
