KKR has closed its buy of a 25 percent stake in SoftwareONE. Financial terms of the deal, which was announced in August, weren’t announced. SoftwareONE’s four founding partners, existing shareholders as well as management will retain a 75 percent stake in the company. Stans, Switzerland-based SoftwareONE provides software portfolio management solutions.
