Tritium Partners LP said Wednesday that its debut fund closed at its hard cap of $309 million. Investors of Tritium I LP include retirement systems, private pension plans, university endowments, foundations, diversified financial institutions and insurance companies. Austin-based Tritium focuses on investments in sectors such as Internet and information services, supply chain and logistics, and financial and business services. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC was placement agent.

ArabiaWeather Inc. said Wednesday that it raised $5 million in funding led by Silicon Badia and Wamda Capital, and includes the founding investor Jabbar Internet Group and DASH Ventures. ArabiaWeather, of Amman, Jordan, provides weather forecasts, information, and content to consumers in the Middle East and North Africa. ArabiaWeather raises $2.1 million earlier this year.

Pt Capital LLC said Tuesday that its inaugural private equity fund has raised over $125 million in an initial close. Investors of Pt Arctic Fund I LP include global investors and Arctic indigenous-owned businesses. Fund I will seek to invest in companies in Alaska, Canada, Greenland and Iceland in a broad set of industries. Anchorage, Alaska-based Pt Capital targets the emerging market of the Arctic.

Flexera Software said Tuesday that CEO Mark Bishof would be retiring on Dec. 31. Jim Ryan, currently the company's COO, to assume the role of CEO on January 1, 2016. Bishof has served as President and CEO of Flexera Software since its inception in April, 2008, when it spun out from Macrovision. Flexera is a portfolio company of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Thoma Bravo.
