Battery Ventures said Monday it closed its buy of the Physical Security Business Unit, which formerly part of the security division of NICE Systems. Financial terms of the deal, which was announced in August, weren’t announced. The business will be called Qognify.

Huskie provides professional-grade, battery-operated hydraulic hand tools, hoists and related accessories that are used by linemen in the electric utility industry and in broader industrial end markets.
