CricHQ said Tuesday it secured $10 million in funding from Tembusu Partners, a Singapore-based private equity firm. Wellington, New Zealand-based CricHQ provides platform that includes a cricket administration module that integrates with a real-time scoring app. CricHQ also provides performance insight for coaches and players as well as the latest information for fans.

Wings Capital Partners said Tuesday it acquired its sixth aircraft, a 2002 Airbus A320-200. Financial terms weren’t announced. Wings purchased the aircraft from Airbus S.A.S. and has leased it to Iberia Express.

Amundi, Eurazeo and La Maison have founded IM Square and have agreed to commit 40 milion euros (US$45 million) to finance the platform’s initial investments. Financial terms weren’t announced. IM Square will seek to buy minority stakes in the capital of entrepreneurial asset management companies. The European investment platform aims to invest a minimum of 250 million euros (US$281.5 million) within the next two to four years.

PRIME Coalition said Tuesday it has invested in Quidnet Energy. Financial terms weren’t announced. The Sorenson Impact Foundation, the Will and Jada Smith Family Foundation, and multiple individual investors also invested. Quidnet, a startup, is developing a low-cost, grid-scale energy storage.

Philo said Monday that it raised $10 million in its Series B financing led by New Enterprise Associates. Investors including CBC New Media Group of Raleigh, NC; Home Box Office, Inc. (HBO); Rho Ventures; XFUND; and CEO Andrew McCollum also participated. Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Philo aims to bring live TV and DVR to college students on the devices they own.

PolicyGenius said Monday it raised $5.3 million in Series A funding co-led by Karlin Ventures and Susa Ventures. Other investors include AXA Strategic Ventures and Transamerica Ventures. Total funding comes to just over $6 million, the company said. Brooklyn, New York-based PolicyGenius provides an online platform for consumers to review coverage and confidently research and compare quotes for term life, long-term disability, renters and pet insurance.
