Investors of InnoSpring Seed Fund II include Legend Capital, IDG Capital Partners, Softbank China Capital, Legend Star Fund by Legend Holdings, The Chinese Software Developer Network (CSDN), the largest developer community in China, as well senior executives from China internet giant Tencent. Wells Fargo Capital Finance announced Monday new leadership roles for executives Scott Diehl, Steve Macko and Kurt Marsden. Diehl will lead a newly formed group that includes the Supply Chain Finance Division, Receivables Securitization Group plus the general and specialized factoring produces offered by the Commercial Services group. Macko will head the Industries Group which includes Technology Finance, Specialty Finance, Lender Finance and Flatiron Capital. And, Marsden will lead the Corporate Finance Group which includes Business Finance, Capital Finance UK, Junior Capital, Syndicated Finance and Retail Finance. Wells Fargo Capital Finance is the asset-based lending division of Wells Fargo & Co.

OMERS Private Equity, the private equity investment arm of the OMERS pension plan, has agreed to buy Environmental Resources Management (ERM) for $1.7 billion. Charterhouse Capital Partners is the seller. The Alberta Investment Management Corp. is coinvesting in the deal. ERM provides of environmental, health, safety, risk, social consulting and sustainability related services.
