The Foundry Group has led a $6.5 million Series B round for San Francisco-based clothing company Betabrand Corp. Foundry announced the deal on its blog Tuesday. Trademob, a mobile app marketing platform company based in Berlin, has closed on $15 million in Series B financing. Kennet Partners led the round with a $12.5 million investment. Tengelmann Ventures and High-Tech Gründerfonds also participated. The money will be used for international growth, including plans to expand into New York. Kennet’s Michael Elias and Hillel Zidel join the Trademob board.

Oklahoma Seed Capital Fund II, which is managed by i2E Inc., has led a $400,000 round for Tulsa, Okla.-based Expert TA. Oklahoma Seed Capital put $227,000 into the round, which also included participation from undisclosed angel investors. Expert TA has developed a “partial-credit grading solution” for use by engineering, math and physics departments of universities.

Benten BioServices Inc., a Malvern, Penn.-based company, has raised $1.1 million in convertible debt financing. The company closed a $2.94 million Series A round in August. Benton BioServices, which focuses on testing and optimization of regulated biologics, is backed by investors including Life Sciences Greenhouse of Central Pennsylvania, and Penn Venture Partners.
