Endeka Group Inc., a wireless Internet services provider, has closed on $4.2 million in venture debt financing from Agility Lease Fund-lll and Trinity Capital Investment, the company announced Wednesday. The financing will help the company with expansion efforts throughout the U.S.

Fremont, Calif.-based Soraa Inc., a company developing technology for energy efficient lighting, has closed on $88.6 million in fresh capital, according to a regulatory filing. Formed in 2008 and previously known as SJS Technology Inc., the company says it is commercializing LEDs and laser diodes for various lighting uses. Directors include NEA general partner Ravi Viswanathan, Former SunPower CFO Emmanuel Hernandez and SilverLake managing director Charles Giancarlo. According to the company’s website, Soraa is backed by Khosla Ventures and NEA.

NuCana BioMed, a UK-based biopharmaceutical company focused on anti-cancer therapies, has closed on 6.74 million pounds ($10.4 million) in Series A venture financing. Sofinnova Partners led the round, and was joined by Morningside Ventures, Scottish Investment Bank’s Scottish Venture Fund and Alida Capital International.

Puppet Labs, a Portland, Ore.-based provider of IT automation software for system administrators, has raised $8.5 million in Series C financing. New investors Cisco, Google Ventures and VMware join existing investors Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, True Ventures and Radar Partners. With the $8.5 million investment, Puppet Labs has now raised a total of $15.75 million.

GSV Capital Corp. announced that it has increased its stake in Facebook, adding 125,000 shares for a total of 350,000 shares. The fund also increased its holdings in Twitter, adding 330,000 shares for a total of 735,600 shares. GSV Capital is a closed-end, publicly traded investment fund that’s been investing in venture-backed private companies. The fund also announced that it had acquired shares in venture-backed companies ZocDoc Inc., Grockit Inc., The Echo System Corp. and Control 4 Inc.
