GameFly Inc., a subscription-based videogame rental company, has acquired Shacknews Ltd., operator of gaming news site Shacknews and gaming digital download site FileShack.com. No financial terms were disclosed. GameFly has raised venture capital from Lehman Brothers Venture Partners and Sequoia Capital.

Mind Candy Inc., a London-based developer of online games for kids, has acquired Tutpup, a site that allows kids from around the world to play each other in multi-player math and spelling challenges. Tutpup had been developed by Cominded Ltd., a firm owned by Bebo co-founder Paul Birch. No financial terms were disclosed. Mind Candy has raised over $10 million in VC funding from Accel Partners and Index Ventures.

Enzymotec Ltd., an Israeli developer of lipid-based biofunctional ingredients, has raised $11 million in Series B-1 funding. Arancia International Inc. was joined by return backers Galam Ltd., Ofer Hi-Tech Investments Ltd. and Millennium II Materials Technology Fund. Enzymotec also is finalizing a new $7 million line of credit from an undisclosed Israeli bank.

Symphogen AS, a Copenhagen-based developer of recombinant polyclonal antibodies, has raised €33 million in fifth-round funding. Return backer Essex Woodlands Health Ventures led the round. Symphogen had previously raised the equivalent of $112 million from firms like Essex Woodlands, Novo AS, Takeda Research Investment and Gilde Healthcare Partners.

SkyWi Inc. of Santa Fe, N.M., has agreed to sell all its VoIP operations to Telekenex Inc., a San Francisco-based provider of business-grade IP services. No financial terms were disclosed for the deal, which was prompted by a legal dispute between SkyWi and Quest. SkyWi has raised VC funding from Mesa Capital Partners, while Telekenex has raised funding from Altos Ventures and Walden Venture Capital.

Viagogo, a UK-based online ticket reseller formed by StuHub co-founder Eric Baker, has raised $15 million in fourth-round funding.
