AXA Private Equity, the buyout arm of the French insurer, has invested in Brainsonic, a European producer of media content and corporate WebTV portals, to boost the company’s development and strengthen its European leadership.
Brainsonic specializes in media content production dedicated to corporate communication, marketing and training.
It was created in 2003 by a team of internet pioneers and has shown triple-digit growth every year both in France and in neighbouring European countries.
The company expects 200 percent growth in 2007, according to Jean-Louis Benard, chief executive of Brainsonic.
AXA did not disclose the value of its investment.
