Brazos Buys Eberle Design, Southern Tide
Brazos Private Equity Partners LLC plans to use its new acquisition of Eberle Design Inc as a platform vehicle for the traffic safety industry, according to a co-founder at the Dallas buyout shop. It is the second buyout deal of the late summer for Brazos Private Equity after purchasing lifestyle clothing brand Southern Tide LLC.
