Brookfield to sell Nova Cold Logistics to Americold

Americold Realty Trust has agreed to acquire Halifax, Nova Scotia-based Nova Cold Logistics, a provider of cold storage facilities, from Brookfield Business Partners. The purchase price is C$337 million. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020.
