Carlyle-backed Ithaca Holdings to buy Big Machine Label Group

Ithaca Holdings LLC, backed by the Carlyle Group, is buying Big Machine Label Group. Financial terms weren’t announced. Carlyle is providing additional equity to support the deal and will remain a minority investor. Big Machine Label is a record label founded by Scott Borchetta.
