Cerberus to buy CSI's North American, Costa Rican and Japanese businesses

Cerberus Capital Management LP has agreed to acquire Closure Systems International's North American, Costa Rican and Japanese businesses and related facilities. The seller was Reynolds Group. No financial terms were disclosed. Goldman Sachs provided financial advice to Reynolds Group and CSI on the deal.
