Craigmore targets institutions with open-ended structure

The asset manager's Fund II is aimed only at institutional investors from outside New Zealand.

New Zealand asset manager Craigmore Farming's second fund will be aimed at foreign institutional investors, and has a semi open-ended structure to tie in with their longer-term goals.

Agri Investor reported that Craigmore Farming Partnership II will invest solely in New Zealand dairy and is targeting NZ$350 million ($228.36 million; $198 million), with the final close to take place in the first quarter of 2016, according to head of client advisory Nick Tapp. The firm is eyeing the end of 2015 for first close.
