Molloy joins Under Armour as CFO

Chip Molloy has joined Under Amour as CFO. Molloy is the former CFO of PetSmart Inc. Under Armour’s current CFO Brad Dickerson will remain with the company in an advisory capacity through February.

First Reserve promotes seven

First Reserve has promoted seven of its staffers. Among those being promoted are James Berner, Adi Blum and Ryan Shockley, all of whom will become a managing director. The appointments become effective January 1, 2016.

Jenkins named President, CEO and Chief Innovation Officer of Shoes For Crews

Shoes For Crews, a portfolio company of CCMP Capital, said Monday that Stuart Jenkins was named President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Innovation Officer effective Jan. 25. Matt Smith, Shoes For Crews’ founder and current CEO, will become Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Stan Smith, founder and current Chairman, will become Chairman Emeritus. Jenkins was previously with Deckers Outdoor Corp. where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Innovation & Product Development.

PE-owned Suba Seeds adds Goig to board

Suba Seeds Company, which is owned by Paine & Partners LLC, has named André Goig to its board of directors. Recently, Goig worked at Syngenta where he served as regional head of Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Suba Seeds is an Italian producer of specialty vegetable seeds.

Orion Energy Partners appoints three to new senior advisory board

Orion Energy Partners, a private equity firm focused on middle market energy infrastructure, has named James Bender, Don Lucey and Matt Valentine to its newly formed senior advisory board. Bender is the former president and CEO of WPX Energy; Lucey is the former executive vice president and chief commercial officer of PBF Energy Inc; and Valentine is chief financial officer at Rimrock Midstream LLC.

Pantheon appoints three as partner
