The group of fundraising executives exiting First Reserve has grown with the departures of investor relations manager Neil Horn and Vice President William Pearce.

Goldman Sachs' Merchant Banking hires Chenevert as advisor

Goldman Sachs & Co. said Tuesday that its Merchant Banking Division has retained Louis R. Chenevert to act as an exclusive advisor. He will target opportunities in the aerospace and industrial sectors, Goldman said. Chenevert, 58, is the former Chairman and CEO of United Technologies Corp.

Heritage names de Villeméjane its President and CEO

Pierre de Villeméjane was named President and CEO of Heritage Home Group LLC. Richard Lozyniak, who had been serving as Heritage Home’s Interim CEO, will remain on as a member of HHG’s Board of Directors. Heritage Home, a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, designs, makes, sources and retails home furnishings.

Neville named CEO of Aerosoles

Shawn Neville was named CEO of Aerosoles beginning Sept. 8. He is taking over from interim CEO Caryn Lerner, an operating partner of Palladin Consumer Retail Partners LLC. Neville was previously President of Retail Branding & Information Solutions division at Avery Dennison Corp. Palladin acquired Edison, New Jersey-based Aerosoles, a women’s footwear provider, in June 2014.

McCrory joins 50 South Capital

Chris McCrory has joined 50 South Capital Advisors as a VP on the private equity team. He joins from Pamlico Capital. 50 South Capital is a subsidiary of Northern Trust Corp.

Ardian launches real estate business

Ardian launched its real estate group that will be built and led by Bertrand Julien-Laferrière, a 30-year veteran of the real estate industry. Julien-Laferrière has held senior roles at Accor, Club Med, C.G.W., Unibail-Rodamco and Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL), where he was chief executive officer. Real estate is the fifth business line Ardian has established, along with direct investing, private debt, fund of funds and infrastructure.

Swan joins General Atlantic as Operating Partner

General Atlantic said Tuesday that Robert Swan has joined as an Operating Partner. He will be part of the firm's Resources Group. Swan is the former CFO of eBay Inc.

Monument Group adds three to Hong Kong office

Monument Group said Tuesday it hired three professionals in its Hong Kong office. They include: Albert Jun, Director; Sabrina Meng, Senior Associate; and, Kris Ho, Operations Manager. The three join Niklas Amundsson, a Managing Director, who began at Monument Group in January. Amundsson previously spent seven years at MVision.

Davison named CEO of Pillarstone

KKR Credit said Monday that John Davison was named CEO of Pillarstone. KKR Credit recently launched Pillarstone to support banks in managing their exposures to non-core and under-performing assets including corporate loans, real estate and shipping. Davison is the former Global Head of Strategic Investments at Royal Bank of Scotland. He is also a co-investor in Pillarstone.
