TPG Specialty Lending Inc. said Friday that Alan Kirshenbaum is stepping down as CFO effective no earlier than Oct. 2. Kirshenbaum is pursuing a new career opportunity. Upon his departure, Robert (Bob) Ollwerther, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of interim CFO. Kirshenbaum will remain CFO through his departure date and will play an advisory role in the third quarter close to facilitate a seamless transition, TPG Speciality Lending said.

Lazard Ltd. said Thursday that Eric Medow will join the firm as a Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Financial Advisory, effective immediately.
