Wynnchurch Capital has promoted Brian Crumbaugh, Greg Gleason, Neel Mayenkar and Michael Teplitsky to managing director. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, Crumbaugh worked at ShoreView Industries and Piper Jaffray while Gleason was at Houlihan Lokey and Bank of America. Mayenkar's work background includes positions at Houlihan Lokey and at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Teplitsky's resume has stints at Lime Rock Partners and at UBS Investment Bank.

Jefferies said Tuesday that it has hired Rex H. Green and Jonathan A. Carey as Managing Directors and Global Co-Heads of Automotive Aftermarket Investment Banking. Green was most recently MD responsible for a number of investment banking groups at BB&T Capital Markets. Carey was most recently also an MD and Head of the Automotive Aftermarket investment banking practice at BB&T Capital Markets.

Kaseya said Wednesday that it has named Fred Voccola as CEO and that Yogesh Gupta has been elected the new Chairman of the Board. Voccola was most recently a Present and General Manager of Yodle’s Brand Networks Division. Insight Venture Partners invested in Kaseya, a provider of IT management software, in 2013.

Gregg Delcourt has joined Canadian alternative equity firm Alaris Royalty Corp as a senior vice president. Delcourt will lead the firm's Small Cap Investments, a new division established to make investments of up to $20 million in private companies. Alaris President and CEO Steve King said the initiative is the result of strong demand from potential business partners that did not meet the firm's current investment size criteria. He said "the robust and growing nature of our larger dollar sized deal flow" has necessitated a distinct management team "to pursue the small cap opportunities."
