Previously, Nathan worked at Monarch Capital Group where he served as a senior vice president. Also, TriPoint has opened a new office in New York City located in midtown Manhattan.

FranConnect, which is backed by Serent Capital, said Tuesday that Christopher Fountain has joined as CEO. Fountain is taking over from Amit Pamecha, FranConnect’s founder, who will continue to serve as a board member. Reston, Virginia-based FranConnect provides franchise management software.

TransUnion said Wednesday that Leo Mullin was elected chairman of its board of directors. Mullin, the retired Chairman and CEO of Delta Air Lines, joined TransUnion’s board in 2012. He currently serves as a senior advisor, on a part-time basis, to Goldman Sachs Capital Partners, the private equity unit at Goldman Sachs.
