HarbourVest Partners has closed its oversubscribed fifth co-investment fund at a hard cap of $3 billion, beating its $2.5 billion target.

Svoboda Capital Partners has exited its investment in Triad Technologies following the latter company's acquisition by Shorehill Capital LLC. No financial terms were disclosed. Vandalia, Ohio-based Triad Technologies LLC is a distributor of industrial fluid power and automation solutions.

Greystar Real Estate Partners LLC has named Moreo Rivera as director of development for university partnerships. Previously, Rivera worked for Trinitas Ventures where he served as director of campus partnerships.

Healthcare Royalty Partners has raised over $659 million for its fourth fund, according to an SEC filing. No target was listed in the document. The Stamford, Connecticut-based investment firm "purchases royalties and uses debt-like structures to invest in commercial or near-commercial stage life science assets," according to its website.

Encore invests in Murray's

Encore Consumer Capital has made an investment in Greenbelt, Maryland-based Murray's Inc, a maker of frozen French toast sticks and bites. No financial terms were disclosed.

Glue Collaboration scores funding

Glue Collaboration, a Finnish virtual meetings platform, has raised 3.5 million euros in funding. Maki.vc led the round with participation from other investors that included Reaktor Innovations, Bragiel Brothers and Foobar Technologies.

Buffalo, New York-based PostProcess Technologies, a provider of automated and intelligent solutions for additive manufacturing post-printing, has secured $20 million in Series B funding. Tom Golisano led the round.
