Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan are investing US$500 million in Constellation Insurance Holdings, a new insurance platform. Constellation was founded by Anurag Chandra, ex-CEO of Prosperity Life Insurance Group. The new platform plans on investing in stock and mutual insurers based in North America.
