New Capital Partners has made an investment in Pompano Beach, Florida-based ARMCO, a provider of quality assurance software for the financial services industry. No financial terms were disclosed. Berkery Noyes were financial adviser to ARMCO on the deal.

Natixis denied Monday that it was in discussions over a possible takeover offer for Coface SA, Reuters reported. Last week, Reuters said that Apollo Global Management had offered to buy Coface, which would allow Natixis SA to sell its 42 percent stake in the credit insurance company. “Nonetheless, there is currently no discussion underway likely to give rise to the submission of an offer for this holding,” Natixis said in the story.
