Ardian has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Neopharmed Gentili, an Italian drug maker. No financial terms were disclosed. Mediolanum Farmaceutici will retain a minority stake in in Neopharmed Gentili. In addition to the transaction, Alessandro Del Bono will become chairman and CEO of the company.

Bow River Capital has recapitalized Tyler, Texas-based Precision Spine Care PA, a physician group focused on treating back and neck pain. No financial terms were disclosed. Brown Gibbons Lang & Company's healthcare and life sciences team provided financial adviser to PSC on the transaction. McDermott Will & Emery LLC acted as legal adviser to PSC while Greenburg Traurig LLP did likewise for Bow River.
