Oberland Capital said Sept. 6 that its second royalty and credit opportunities fund closed at its $800 million hard cap. The target of Oberland Capital Healthcare II LP was $650 million. The fund will target investments between $20 million and $150 million in commercial stage or near-commercial stage biopharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostic companies and royalty-bearing products.
