An affiliate of CGA Real Estate Services has acquired facilities mostly occupied by the Department of Veterans Affairs in Cleveland, Ohio. Included in the transaction are a 115,462 square foot administrative building, a 19,321 square foot tier 3 data center, a 2,080-unit structured parking facility and one acre of vacant land. No financial terms were disclosed. BGL Real Estate Advisors was the sell-side adviser to the buyer on the deal.

OA Development, an Atlanta-based commercial real estate firm, has acquired The Park-Huntersville, a five-building portfolio in North Carolina, for $62.5 million. The seller was U.S. Trust - Bank of America, NA. Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group and Principal Real Estate Investors arranged the acquisition financing.
