Eureka sells ToxCo to ACM

Eureka Growth Capital has sold Horsham, Pennsylvania-based ToxCo, a national toxicology lab, to ACM Global Laboratory Inc. No financial terms were disclosed. Lazard Middle Market LLC served as financial adviser to Eureka and ToxCo while Morgan, Lewis and Bockius provided legal advice.
