Fairfax, MCC Holdings to acquire private equity firm Mosaic

Calgary-based private equity firm Mosaic Capital Corp has agreed to be acquired by a newly formed vehicle controlled by Fairfax Financial Holdings and Mark Yusishen's MCC Holdings.
