Florida SBA approves $266m in commitments

The US public pension has backed three private equity funds.

Florida State Board of Administration approved commitments of $75 million to Siris Partners IV, $100 million to Carlyle Partners VII and €75 million to Equistone Partners Europe VI.

The $205 billion US public pension has a 6 percent target allocation to private equity that currently stands at 6.3 percent.
