Frazier Healthcare Partners has acquired Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates. Financial terms weren’t announced. Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates provides digestive healthcare services, including advanced endoscopic therapies, liver disease treatments and multidisciplinary inflammatory bowel disease management. Frazier has formed United Digestive, which is the new name of management company going forward.
