Fresh Direct Produce Ltd, an HKW portfolio company, has acquired Islands West Manufacturing Ltd. Financial terms weren’t disclosed. Islands West, of Victoria, British Columbia is a wholesaler of produce, processed fruits, dried spices, and fresh-cut vegetables.
