Greenfield Group sells La Cafetière

The Greenfield Group Ltd. has sold the business and certain assets of La Cafetière to Lifetime Brands Inc. Financial terms weren't announced. La Cafetière designs and distributes products to brew and serve coffee and tea including the La Cafetière French presses.
