iFly.vc targets $100 mln for debut fund
iFly Ventures is seeking to raise $100 million for its inaugural fund, according to an SEC filing. Han Shen and Haitao Zhang, both formerly with Formation 8, are currently at the helm of this Palo Alto, California-based venture firm.
