Employees Retirement System of the City of St. Louis overview

The City of St. Louis Employees Retirement System has been operating since 1960. The members of the retirement system are all public employees of St. Louis except police personnel and fire fighters. The governing body of the system is the Board of Trustees that is responsible for determining investment strategy and establishing investment policy and retaining consultants.

The system has no-house investment staff. All investment opportunities should be presented to Summit Strategies, its investment advisor.
