Pantheon International Participations has upped its exposure to primary investments to £600m over three years taking the total to about £1bn including its secondaries portfolio.

The listed fund of funds has this week unloaded a total of £206m of unfunded commitments.

The listed fund of funds managed by Pantheon Ventures is currently finalising further secondary sales.

Pantheon International Participations has seen its net asset value grow by more than 20 percent in the last year. Current market conditions are causing the fund to shift focus nearly exclusively to the booming secondaries market.

Pantheon Ventures, manager of quoted investment trust Pantheon International Participations, has generated £157m of distributions in the full year to June 30 2006, up 74 percent.

The London-based funds of funds manager is to raise up £116m for Pantheon International Participations, its quoted investment trust.
