Japanese private equity firm Integral announced the final close of its third fund, Integral Fund III, at its hard cap of ¥73 billion.
The fund continues to seek buyout opportunities in Japanese mid-cap companies. Its investor base comprises pension funds, endowments, foundations, insurance companies, financial institutions and fund of funds.
