Investcorp Technology Partners buys Ubisense’s SmartSpace business
Investcorp Technology Partners said Jan. 9 that it acquired Ubisense’s SmartSpace business unit for 35 million pounds ($44.5 million). SmartSpace is an enterprise software and sensor platform that generates and interprets location data to create visibility of real-world objects and their interactions in real-time. Investcorp Technology Partners was advised by Arma Partners, Beecham, Code & Co, Deloitte, Proskauer and Roland Berger.
