KKR nears buy of biscuit maker Arnott's: Sydney Morning Herald

KKR is near a deal to buy Australian biscuit maker Arnott's for upwards of $3 billion, the Sydney Morning Herald is reporting. Arnott’s makes several popular Australian snacks, including Tim Tams, Iced Vovos, Shapes and Wagon Wheels, the story said.
