Logitech to buy VC-backed Streamlabs for about $89 mln

Logitech International has agreed to acquire San Francisco-based Streamlabs, a provider of software and tools for live streaming. The price of the transaction is about $89 million. Streamlabs' backers include Sequoia Capital.
