N5Capital is raising a second venture fund, targeted at $200 million, according to a regulatory filing. The Beijing-based firm makes early-stage investments in the consumer, fintech, sports, and content sectors, according to its website, and is led by Will Jiang and Weiguo Zhao. The filing lists no investors.
